We started in Denver as a pilot program and will be introducing Smedule to other regions over time. Any business anywhere can use our scheduling and embed the Smodule on their website and we'll notify you when we're launching our website in your area.

No problem. If you choose to deactivate your service entirely, you will be able to save your contact and schedule information to an excel spreadsheet that you can upload or add to another application.

On the business registration page, make sure you include their email address.
Anyone who has referred a customer to Smedule will get a one-time $10.00 referral fee. They will not receive the referral until an end user books and completes their first appointment from either Smedule.com or the Smodule.
Of course, you too will receive $10 per referral for as long as the program is in effect.

There are two reasons why we don't take our users' content. One, we understand that many of you are currently contributing review content to other sites, so we don't want to create another silo of review content. Secondly, we want to leverage as much existing unbiased review content as we can.
You can either protest your review, or encourage other customers to write more and better reviews.
We provide an easy to follow step-by-step registration wizard. If you still have questions, go to the demo [link] section of the web-site where we will provide you with step-by-step instruction on how to get setup.
When you register, you will need to provide a credit card to which you will be automatically charged monthly based on your account activity.
If you have not been asked to provide your credit card information it is because you are currently part of our trial period(or very lucky). You will be asked to provide credit card information at the end of the trial period.
The website may need to be suspended periodically in the middle of the night for occasional maintenance. We will provide you with advanced notice if there is a planned servicing. Contact support@smedule.com if you have any concerns or questions about the quality of service you are receiving.
Once you have registered your business, you will be able to access administrative privileges by selecting "My Smedule". You can then click on, "Confirm appointments" and all upcoming appointments that were scheduled either through Smedule.com or the Smodule will appear. These appointments are considered confirmed, but you are welcome to contact the customers directly and reconfirm for added assurance.
You are not required to discount your services at any time. If, however, you feel that discounting will provide a good incentive for new customers to try your services, then it is an option we wanted make available to you.

No, end users pay nothing to use Smedule's services.
After surveying end users, they made it clear that they would be much less likely to use this type of service if we required them to leave a credit card to secure a reservation. Our objective is to make it as easy as possible for people to register for and use Smedule, therefore have made a decision not to require credit cards be left to secure appointments. Smedule monitors when users do not show up for their appointment and if they "no-show" more than three times over a year, we lock them out of the system. We suggest that you call and re-confirm any appointments made through Smedule if this is a big concern for you.
